With the dovetail it would work, but you are going to have to spend some time getting it to look right with the body lines!

I think it will look much better once installed on the car. The above is only a photoshop concept.

I think with making it go more with the body lines it could look great

I am a bit confused with the replies about making it go with the body lines. It was never designed to follow the body lines and if you look at the pictures of the original cars, they were straight across the top and did not follow the upper body lines either. It was designed to emulate the original stripe, not one that follows the body lines.

If it actually went on a 2010 Yenko, then I'd be all for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't.

Doesn't look bad. I think the back portion of the stripe needs to be thinner. It doesn't look as thick on the original.

Like I said, this is a preliminary photo shop. We will be making adjustments to it before production.

I agree with you milk, the way the new Camaro is made really makes it a no go on all the way down the side. Just my 2cents NO

I think a point to be made also, is that many of these early designs by Rider are an "homage" to the 1st Gen Cars. Obviously the body lines are not the same. Even if you look at the above examples of Yenkos, the pinstripes around the center stripe aren't even the same distance, probably done by hand and definitely without modern computer based plotters to design the striping. If you visit the rider website and look at some of the other designs that they have there, IMO, they are pretty creative and able to recreate similar designs on our present day Camaro competetors. They do great Charger bodyline stripes with a few variations that I hope they do something similar for the Camaro.

Thank You. We know not everyone will like everything we do, that is why we will have so many different designs and are continually adding more as we come up with them and customers request them.

The concept is awesome but unfortunately the new Camaro doesn't garner the bodylines of the 69 well enough to accommodate Yenko stripes, in particular those iconic creases that sweep back right over the wheel wells - the 2010 doesn't have those. Those creases are perfectly straight which goes in sync with the Yenko stripe. The 2010 Camaro is based more off of the 67-68 in that respect...

I'd have to see it on a car first. I might like it then.
