Used 2010 or 2012...
So down to 2 cars.
First choice (even though I don't think it is a great deal). 2010 2ss, silver, roof, corsa exhaust, black powdercoated wheels, black stripes. 13k miles. $29.9 Option 2 2012 45th anniversary with roof-CPO. 5k miles. $34.6. Both cars are autos. Thoughts, opinions, or flame away LOL. |

Yes. It stands for Aqua Blue Metallic. It was only offered during the 2010 model year.

I don't think either is a great deal-I think based on what I've read they are "fair" deals but that's about it.
What's the consensus? |

Have you driven them yet? Corsa may be louder than you like. Do you care about warranty? Some folks won't mod before the warranty expires.

Get the 45th. Aftermarket mods, paintwork w/e doesnt raise the value of the car in the eyes of lenders, just buyers, so dont pay extra for it, to much for a used car anyway despite low mileage. The 45th looks to be a really good deal, brand damn and not much more than the '10. Cheaper than the used 45th's ive looked at around my area.

Between those 2, the 2012 is the clear choice. No brainer there.

Yeah she likes the exhaust. When I emailed her the link for the 2012 she said "no rims no exhaust"...lol Warranty is nice for now-I don't think we will tear into the engine much. Probably just bolt ons and a tune. |

The 45th will be the more desireable car late on too so it will probably be easier to sell if you ever need to.

Edit...no red no orange-those colors are not an option. And I am not saying I disagree with you about the 45th being a better deal. But to that 34.6 add $400 doc fee, plus about $1700 for "things" (exhaust, wheels, tint) so cost to own more like $36700... PS that is a sweet setup-you own both of those in your sig? |

I don't have the white 2010 anymore. Sold it last year. The 69 was just a pic that I had found online. It was the inspiration for my '10 though. I love the white with orange accents.

There is not a lot out there to choose from and certainly not a lot close to us.... The way I figure if it's bone stock and let's just say for kicks and giggles I could get it for $28000...I would have $1700 to invest right off the bat...so the price would be the same and I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of getting those things done. Again that's assuming you can find the car for 28k... Damn it just validate my decision as being a good one. We all know that's why we post on the internet. |

Think all you need to say is SS vs. 45th Anniversary, and the 45th anniversary is the better purchase for sure.
