Any interest in a weekly Durham Region Meet?

**update**Friday July 6 for our first Camaro5 Durham Meet.

Location:
Ajax: on Hwy 2 (Kingston Road) and Salem Road
just east of Salem at the Tim Hortons/Wendys Parking lot
lets park on the east side of Timmies near the Penningtons store.

I'm starting to see more and more Camaros on the road in the Durham region.

Let me know if your interested in a weekely Camaro 5 meet in the area on Friday nights.

Lets here the Durham people chime in?!

I have dropped by the Big Petes classic car meets in Whitby on Friday. Good turnouts but that parking lot is smallish and it gets jammed........I am paranoid about door dings....LOL!
I didn't see any 5gen Camaros out but I have only been twice and I didn't stay long.

C) Oshawa - Taunton and Wilson - Tim Hortons/Wendys

We are starting to get a little interest.....

It seems that Friday night works better at this point.
I'm thinking lets wait a few weeks and hopefully we will hear from a few more of you. Lets shoot for after the long weekend - Friday July 6 for our first Camaro5 Durham Meet.

Time - 8:00pm - whenever?

I was out to P.B.B. a few times last summer when I had my 'Vette, but since having a baby a couple months ago, I (bring on the ribbing) unfortunately don't see myself making it out on too many Friday evenings for awhile :o. The crowd seems pretty good there. The 'Vette guys I know are all a friendly bunch. But I agree, it's a small lot.

- I'm interested!
- I'm a newbie to C5, but had a '69 Camaro for 5 years, and am well aware of the Durham Region Cruise Scene.

- I like to drive though. I've got no interest in just parking and talking about them.

- A buddy of mine is a Vette guy and is E.E.P.
- They usually meet, then take off for a ride somewhere.

- Maybe we could plan a locale on here, then meet and tour the local area??

- Keep us updated on the location and I'll try to be there.
- Friday's normally don't work for me in the summer months, but it's nice to see the effort being made for a Durham Region Get Together!!
