Question Help , Which wire do i cut to get rid of center speaker??

So I popped my trunk , pulled the carpet from the left side corner. I see 2 different yellow wires, you can notice it in the picture. Do I cut both or just 1 to get rid of center speaker .

I know there is manual way to pop the center speaker , but i can't pop the lid by using a knife for some reason .

just get a microfiber towel and a flathead screwdriver, pop up the cover covering the center speaker and unplug the speaker. I would go cutting anything. Just my .02

Just like the previous poster said. They might hard to pop out but they will. Then there are 3 or 4 7 mm screws that you take out to get to the speaker connector

Does it sound better or something? If so, why?

IMO it doesn't sound better in any way. I tried this two days ago. Don't cut anything or you will regret it. Pry it open with your fingers then get you a
Wratchet or a wrench I believe it's an 11 but I cannot remember remove the cover then two bolts and unplug it. It takes 2 mins at the longest. Then when you decide you like it better with it you can plug it back in. Or say you go to sell it and you can plug it back in instead of explaining why the speaker doesn't work. Much easier than fixing the wire.

I disagree, I replaced the stock amp with a JL Audio and in the process lost the center speaker and couldn't be happier with it.
