True,

Early on, the mechanic in my builders shop came over to me and thanked me for picking their shop...

His care and attention to detail shows when he is around other peoples vehicles...

How that shop Owner deals with that is part of what makes the difference.

Fortunately I have assembled a Great Team of Car enthusiasts that are truly passionate about they're workmanship, and attention to detail.

Finding, and Training this Team took Years and Years.

Can they make mistakes, Yes!
Do they lie about it NO!
That is what makes the difference!
It allows us as a TEAM to correct those mistakes, Learn from it, make changes to prevent it from happening again, before the crap hits the fan.

Trust Me, I have had my Share of Bad Employees come through the shop many years ago, I was able to Identify the problems and terminate them.

Management is ultimately responsible and must make every effort to make it right to satisfy the customer.

Bad news travels faster than good news, FACT!
And this is why no matter where I am in the country or the world I will always send my car to you.

I've seen grown men go out and act like a 16 year old in there stock block 600 horse power LSx car and beat the crap out of it everywhere they go then they try to blame the tune when it blows up and first thing they do is get on the Internet and bash a shop but leave out the facts that they can't drive and beat the crap out of the car till it blew up or had one of their buddies tweak the tune or add parts. Im sure you can see where it would get old.
Oh I know lol. I was just pouring gasoline on the fire. I can understand where shop owners can get annoyed, but in the end what's that old saying...the customer is always right. Might not be always true, but how shops respond to customers and talks about customers says A LOT about them.
