I have the equilivent ZL1 motor with ZL1 blower runing on the ADM CAI. I have been running it since Feb, four months now, with no issues whatsoever. Fit and finish and functionality are first class.

So the ZL1 only has 494 rwhp? That's not much. I figured it would have more than that.

Why would you expect more? That is about a 15% drivetrain loss through a man 6 from 580 flywheel HP. I think others have recorded more as I recall LPE and another got around 515 rwhp. So in reality I think 494 is delivering what was promised.

Well I was just assuming that it would only be around 50hp, which would put it around 530ish! The reason for this is because the LS3 averages about a 50hp loss through the drivetrain!

The AVERAGE LS3 dyno at our shop in our temperature controlled dyno cell is
370 rwhp,With this being said Sackratt is spot on.

Now the ZL1 to me is a little better at an average so far of 500 rwhp.

We have only built 5 so far but the numbers are pretty consistant.

That's a huge gain with just a MAF calibration in the tune.
