Wanting a NEW Look

My car has had blue hood spears for over a year now and I'm wanting to change the look up a bit. Any Ideas? Comments and Pictures would be greatly appreciated!

I think the color you have now looks awesome.

If you really just want to change them go with white or flat black and don't forget you'll have to change the bowtie and gills also.

I just don't want it to be too girly.

Your car looks pretty awesome how it is but I could understand you wanting to change it up a bit though . I'd get rid of the stock side markers. Either tint them or put some AAC concept side markers in their place, color matched to your car. You could get some lowering springs, new front fascia, the skies the limit. How much are you looking to spend? That could help to narrow the options down.

Yeah baby blue doesn't do much for the "tough" look

Flat black always looks good IMO but can be a pain to detail around if you're not careful. I have the hood spears on my car now in Gloss Black and you honestly can't see them in certain light. I wish I would have gone flat black instead.

On first look I would assume a chick was driving your car because of that blue

I can see, you just said you didn't want it to be too girly and right now it looks just that IMO.

I figured white would look the cleanest, but if you went with a new theme entirely any color could look good. I just love the black or white accents.

I agree, black on white or white on black always looks great.

Can't go wrong with orange on these things, I just don't like the color.

Maybe even think about red or a darker blue. Honestly if you're keeping the theme solid through the whole car, nothing looks horrible on them.

What's your favorite color? I would assume baby blue...

Women, so hard to please lol. Like Awfarley has said, flat black would be cool, or what about a darker blue? You could go with a red and black theme, that pretty much much always looks bada$$.

Black with silver stripes. The silver will go with all the chrome accents already on the car and would still flow with the baby blue emblem.

ZL1 grille and add javelins. perhaps go opposite spectrum and do a neon orange or something of that sort? Hood spears and Javelins with matching bow ties and gills would look good. If you are thinking about a different color I can photo shop the spears and bow ties in any color you would like

I think if you dyed your hair that would be totally new look, or even a perm

How about adding some fog lights or even better some T2 ports with fogs, that would break some necks of people checking you out !

The black and red theme is far too common among cars, much less Camaros. Keep it black and blue. If you want stripes, add some real ones.

Are you talking about her stripes or her paint? The latter isn't so simple.

Maybe you could just add to the current theme instead of changing. Maybe a pinstripe.

Side markers IMO are a must, especially on a black car. They clean up the look of the car so much.
