L99 lifter question

Ok so I am getting some new AFM lifters installed . I may be able to wigle my way into just having LS3 or 7 lifters which ever it is installed instead. Already have DOD and AFM tuned out of the car and I have no plans on ever truning that crap back on. I would just have to buy the lifters..... Is there anything else I need besides the lifters for this swap out???? I need to order the parts ASAP...... OR I will be getting new style AFM lifters.. The drop off date is already set so I can wiggle a bit, but I need to have the stuff I need installed in hand when I drop her off.........

Or should I bother at all? Just figured wile it was tore down,,,, ahhhhh ok sure why not..............

This would be a perfect time to consider LS3 conversion and a cam.

Lifters trays will also be needed.

K cool, deal fixing to order them in the morning. LOL, LS3 would be nice. I was thinking about a cam, but with as far as I drive right now, Proably not a good Idea. I had planed to get a VVT #2 cam this winter and a stall to install though.. Thanks guys..........

just put in the ls3 lifters. you can swap the cam later if you want, and wont need to pull the heads because the lifter buckets will hold them in. youll need to change your valley pan cover to the ls3 type, and a couple other small things.
