Well good.

Hope you figure it out soon.

Ya I would park it just to prevent any possible damage.

Any way you can remote tune with datalogging??? I would ask the builder what he things about even running it to get datalogging?

Is the fuel system stock style returnless or is there a regulator under the hood now? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

Sounds like a vacuum leak or a faulty MAF. Make sure all your charge piping is good to go. If there is no leak, try cleaning the MAF or replacing it.

Ill try the easy fix and get a MAF tomorrow. I lifted the car and checked all the charge piping but nothing was loose. I dont even wanna try turning on the car anymore till i install the new MAF sensor. Hopefully thats it.

There have been some bugs with mine too but Chris has been top notch taking care of it ss. As a business owner you know you are going to have problems sometimes. It's how you handle those problems that makes you a good company. I'm sure Chris will handle it..

Yeah im sure he'll handle it if it's something big, not putting any blame on him or the shop. He offered to turn around like i said before, im just hoping its nothing serious and just the MAF. Im just frustrated since i've been without the car for so long and the shop is about 6 hours away from me. I've only spoke to him once just to make him aware of the problem. Im probably going to have it towed to a local shop tomorrow to see what they can find.

Wow, that sucks. I hope that you get it all worked out soon and let us know what the problem was, I am sure that its something stupid. I am very interested in what you find out because I ordered one of Chris' kits in early May and would like to know what to keep an eye out for if it ever gets shipped out to me.

Good luck

Dude...this sounds like a vac leak or a charge pipe off/loose. Get a bad leak post maf and the car won't idle...you would have to pedal it to idle it.

I'm not trying to spook you...but you can overrev a turbo with a bad leak on a charge pipe.

I lifted up the car yesterday and the only thing that had some play was the exhaust since there is no bracket in the front. My car is here at the shop already so i will keep everyone informed.

Once your kit was installed, I drove it to and from work for a week and a half. There was one time it started hard, but other than that one time and it was after we installed the kit, that was it. When you arrived to pick up your car from the hotel, I took you and your roomate for a ride in the car and the car started perfectly, even when you left it started just fine. You called me the next morning when I was leaving the hotel and told me about the issue, and I told you I would turnaround and drive to your house to look at it. You told me not to worry about it. Well, I am worried about it. Now I am 6hrs away when I could of looked at the issue when you called.

look for carbon trails on that loose exhaust while you are down there. This sounds more like a cold side leak though.

If the MAF were installed backwards.... wouldnt it run like crap the entire time? I remember a MAF going bad on a previous camaro I owned and the car ran like dogs ass no matter what I was doing...

Did you check all your hoses too? Could be a hose loose giving false vac/boost readings
