Whisteling noise, powersteering belt
Hi,
Have had the camaro for 25 days and dona about 1000 miles and have had an whisteling noise. A tech identified the sound to come from the power steering belt. And today i looked closer and found this.   He told me he had on previously with the same problem. Do you know if this is a frequent problem? /Niclas |

Don't know but I'll check mine. I only notice it with the A/C on on pretty hot days.

Its a very common problem with the camaro's, there are several threads on this.
I brought mine straight to the dealer and was covered under warranty. But yes the problem is the A/C belt slips from being placed off center from the factory.
