Need help with Technostalgia full LED tail lights

I have emailed Todd and have not received an answer back. Has been 2 full work days.

I need to know what the resistance is for the newer style lights from them, I have a late 2011 SS and the "check rear lights" is displayed for turn signals.

I read on here that there is a newer risistor type and need to know the value, to correct the BCM feed to the lights, I am tried of waiting and will fix it myself.

If anyone can post a picture of the value...thanks.

Those should only be for the 2012s. Did the resistors work at any point? Did you try calling Todd?

Understood. I think he's pretty slammed with e-mails all the time, but someone always picks up if I call.

And did the resistors work initially? If so then it's not the value that is the problem.

Unplugged the lights/power and no change.

I got an email back from him and let him know whats going on. Basically the turns produce the MAL, sometimes they work, sometimes not.

Its 50w 1ohm I believe you can jimmy rig 50w fuse to if you cant find the resistor let me check my car a little later and I'll get the specifics I'm pretty positive its 50w 1 ohm look for an orange resistor

Matterfact search my post because I had a problem with a broken prong on one of my resistors when I first got my set.

I found it for you these are the new resistors and the pic shows what was wrong with mines.

Abstrak is right on. It sounds like the joint on your resistor is dorked. See what Todd says, but I would say you'll need a new one.
