White or red brake calipers?
I am going to be getting my brake calipers powder coated this week. soo what do you guys think i should do? should i go unique with the white or sporty with the red? the only other red accents on my car are the ss symbols
also, if someone could photoshop both thatd be awesome! (the front bowtie is all carbon fiber now, if that makes a difference)

Yeah...just the covers. Yours will, of course, look a little cleaner than mine not being covers. But yes....I get a lot of compliments...they do look bada** IMO.
Look at TCAT's SW car in his build thread. He recently had his Brembo's painted or powdercoated white. Looks great. |

IMO I say white. Red might look a little out of place with the white/black combo.

I'd say white without a doubt. A lot of people are scared shitless to paint them white because of brake dust. I could care less about brake dust, as I clean the car regularly anyhow, AND I don't notice much difference in the rake dust accumulation after I painted mine anyhow. That was a win-win for me. I have some pictures of my white calipers in my thread about 2-3 pages back from the very end. I used G2 gloss white paint (1 and a half jars of paint, so I purchased 2 packaged of G2. Use veryyyyy light coats, and I can't stress that enough. Also, clean the calipers veryyyyy thoroughly, and tape off the parts off not be painted very cleanly. This is assuming you paint them yourself
).There are several of us on Camaro5 with white brake calipers or caliper covers, and Camaro_RS's look fantastic as well. Bngummow, your car is looking amazing as usual .

I also agree with mikeyroche about the body color to match the calipers. I have orange with white brembo lettering but i think i might go ahead and hit the white and see.

In my opinion, it depends where you gonna go with the car. As I can see you are more of a White with Black theme kinda guy. In that case, I would say White. But In my case, that my car is more of white with Red Signal Theme, I went with Orange Red engine paint from duplicolor for the calipers and White engine paint for the rotor hats.
