I bought a Vertical Door Inc kit about a month ago but have since decided to just shave my handles and be done. I still have the kit brand new I opened the box when I first got it to inspect and it has sat since then. I didn't pay full price for the kit because of a group buy and I'm not looking to make a profit just get my money back, If anyone wants it PM me for the price. The kit is $1700 from the VDI website.

In savannah Georgia. There is a custom shop called FXcustomz, he told me he would do for a couple hundred. A great price in part that he does all the work for my car club down there, It's like a constant business discount

The car mod scene in the south is so much bigger then up here, most work can be done and done to a quality standard for a fraction of the price. Case in point, he told me if i can't sell the door hinges he would install them for $300, which is a pretty common price.

I had mine purchased and installed for 1700$ just as a point of reference. I love having them and haven't had any problems so hopefully someone takes these off your hands soon

What are they going to do though in this process? Take off the handle and fill the indent with something? How will you open the door?
