Seal & Wax?

I use Meguiar's Tech Wax 2.0, is there a good sealant I could put under that?

I've never used 2.0 wax. However, everything I have read shows it is a sealant similar to Meg's 21.

I have had success Meg's 21 topped with Meg's 26 wax.

You can use Meguiars #21 if you like, but with 2.0 your shouldn't need to.

I know the stuff is supposed to be pretty good but does it last as long as sealants do?

It's not going to last as long as an Adam's, Collinite, Wolf's,Blackfire, etc etc. But it is a very good product, as long as you keep up with the applications every 3-4 months, you're good to go.

Surf City Garage makes a real good sealant. Mines a daily driver and I do it 2x a year. Lasts long and shines really good as well.

FWIW, Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax 2.0 is actually a synthetic sealant. It does have some light cleaning agents in it so anything you put "underneath it" will likely be removed and/or comprimised during application. Because it is a 100% synthetic sealant, you could top it with a carnauba wax if you desire.

If you want to top it, try their M26 carnauba wax. It has to look as good as it does over their M21.
