V6 K&N CAI

Will a 2010 V6 K&N CAI fit a 2012 model?

What is the best CAI for a 2012 LS?

You'd have to rig the MAF, or just buy the 2012 v6 K&N cai

Check the v6 bolt on section for CAI opinions

No, the 2012 v6 has the LFX engine, and will not work with 2010-2011 K&N cai's.

What you need is the 2012 v6 K&N cold air intake kit, which was recently released.

There's a thread "K&N finally on-board" in the LFX v6 subforums.

Cold Air Inductions CAI is the best one to get. It won't through a CEL and it sounds AWESOME at WOT!

What makes you think the K&N throws a CEL?? Mine sure didn't.

From what I reado on here it was the 2010-11s and only the aircharger, not the typhoon (which is the type available for the 12). A buddy of mine has a 2011 v6 and has a k&n, no CELs there.....

I can tell you from my own experience that i bought a 2010-2011 Cai and the air sensors from the 2012 are bigger than the previous models. I had to send it back and then buy a new one
