Removing wax from plastic...

Hello all,

I recently waxed my car with meguiars carnauba deep crystal wax.

I got some wax on the black trim below the rear bumper, and have not had luck removing it.

Any good tips on how to safely remove it?

Also what can can I wax on the car besides the paint, is there anything I should be sure to avoid (headlights, rims etc)

Thanks for all the help.

If its fresh a little detail spray and a microfiber towel should be all thats needed to remove it. If you've had it on there a little while then you'll want to use something like All Purpose Cleaner to break it up.

As far as what to wax - if you have gloss stripes you can wax them... tail lights, headlights, and any other 'smooth' surface is safe to wax.
