Non BA System Need Advice!.... (new owner)

Ok, I just bought a 2011 LS. I want to upgrade the stereo but need some advice. Ive searched and searched but cant find a simple list of what i need. I want to keep the stock head unit, front speakers and tweeters. I might be intereseted in replacing the rear speakers (but dont have to) and would like a little more bass. Im leaning toward just adding and Amp and 10" sub. I know since i have a non BA system i dont have an exsisting amp so what do I need to install an amp and sub. I saw a post about the Pac Audio AA-GM44 harness, is that all I need as well as the amp and sub? thanks so much for any advice.

The PAC kit has a good harness, but I wouldn't use the LOC.

I used a line out converter that accepted two channels that I spliced into the rear 6x9s.

The LOC that I used creates a 12v remote wire that you can use to hook up an amp so that

The amp is only on when sound comes from the head unit. The LOC brand I used was from

Axxess that I got from bestbuy. Used a Polk 660 amp and 2 12s, as well as a rear firing box

From ********.

Edit: I also have the non-BA system.
