Bluetooth
So you have to have onstar subscription to have bluetooth? That sounds odd in this day and age that my 2011 Camaro 2ss wouldn't have bluetooth! My $16000 Scion I got for work has bluetooth! Any hehlp would be appreciated. Thanks

The bluetooth should be FREE and does not require OnStar.

Paul is correct, it should work without OnStar. Now if you are trying to actually make calls from the car without using a cell, you would have to have OnStar and buy minutes from them for hands-free calling.

Thanks. I figured it out. Found a video on youtube. Got my car used with 1000you miles on it. Couple owned it jointly and split up. Got a great deal but no owners Manuel! Don't know what my car has! Just figured out its an R/T!! Ha! Gettin better every day!

There is no such thing as R/T with the Chevy Camaro. Now if you had a Dodge you would be correct. I have a 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T. I also have a 1987 Camaro RS (California Special) and my latest, a 2010 Camaro 2LT/RS. In the 5 Generation Camaro, RS is a appearence Package.

Is the SS badge in red or white? If it's in red you have the RS package.

Yes, the SS is red. When I said it was the car I always wanted, here's what I meant. I was always a truck guy, 4 wheel drives. But when I seen the 2010 Camaro's, I told my wife, man I'd love to have one of those!! So finally I couldn't take it anymore and here I am, with the car I "always wanted".
