The clutch reservoir we use is a factory GM reservoir and I've never had an issue with the caps on these. You shouldn't have any issues whatsoever with it leaking over time.

Please feel free to call, email or PM me anytime with questions. Have a great day and I'll talk to you soon!

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant the block off cap for the brake fluid reservoir after you remove the line on the cheaper of the two kits you sell.

I have one of, if not his first, kit and I have never had a leak with the cap. I have the "Stage 1" and it is awesome.

Jordan and everyone in his shop are great to work with too.

PS. Hi Jordan, Amy and Tyler.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.

Yep, the Stage I package is great. We along with others just prefer the molded cap for a factory look. Please feel free to Call, PM or email me anytime with questions!

Best regards,

Tyler

Hey Jordan,
What material are the brake reservoir cap and brake/clutch line made of?

We spent a lot of time tracking the hose and caps down as well as validating there ability to withstand brake fluid. It is a special hose that is hard to find and it is included in our kits along with all of the required hardware needed to complete the installation. Please feel free to call, email or PM me anytime with questions.

Thanks, but that still doesn't answer my question.
I appreciate the research done on the hose/cap you include in your kit, but I'm not asking for the type of material they are made of because I want to find them on my own. Instead, I'm asking because I'd like confirmation that they are the material that I need/want them to be before pulling the trigger on purchasing this kit...so whether they are special and hard to find outside of this kit is irrelevant to me.

JDP, do you have any instructions for installing the kit?
I'm planning on installing mine soon, and didn't get any instructions.
I guess that once I get started it should be straight forward??
Thanks

I'd like to see instructions as well. I'm thinking about buying one of these and curious why an extra line is needed - can the original line just be attached to the new reservoir?

A new line is needed because once you attach the bracket in this kit under the stock brake/clutch reservoir and then attach the new reservoir to the bracket, the original line will not reach the new reservoir.

Any response? I just want to know before I pull the trigger on this kit. PM me the answer if you'd like to sell a kit...

Hey Jordan, I'm about to make the order on the stage I kit. Could you post up some install instructions? I want to see how difficult it is. Excuse me if you've already addressed where to get the instructions. Thanks!

basically the same except the video has a bent bracket whereas JDPs bracket is straight out rather than angled so the original hose won't reach hence the need for the hose they supply.

I don't mean to post this up as a "dont buy the kit and DIY" I just think its a well put together video and shows you exactly how to do it minus adding the new hose which should be easy enough to figure out

**If this post comes off as it hurts JDPs sale of the product please let me know and I'll remove the video or a mod can take it down**

I didn't feel like making my own kit plus they get it to you at a great price. Just ordered my stage 1 kit.

Thanks JDP

Thanks! My stage 1 kit is on! Great mod, the only thing I hate is removing the original clutch line from the firewall, it's a total pain!
