Camaro gets a new heart!

Ok! I cant really explain how excited I am right now. Just booked my appointment with ADM in dallas. Taking my car up there tomorrow morning and dropping her off and flying back.

So whats going in? LSX376, a gt9 cam, and the 1.9 blower. Should be a completely different car when I get it back.

As of right now the modifications to the car are very light. CAI, 1 7/8" LT headers, and full 3" cat-less exhaust. Car made a 410whp pull back home in missouri last time it was tuned. ADM is aming for 600-650 to the wheels when all of this is said and done.

Hopefully, as I wont be there, Andy will do some before and after dyno videos, and also give me some sheets to post up on here.

Just wondering why you're swapping the engine to the LSX376? Would it really be that much stronger? Also, what made you decide on the 1.9 blower?

I believe that motor has an iron block, which will stand up better to boost.

I've seen some very mean cars with very stock looking engine bays. You don't have to hide your engine bay or have a blower to be cool. Just my two cents...

Good luck on the build. Sounds like it's going to be a monster.

It's all good. My car is NA as well and it's no slouch. I'm going to be SC'ing mine in the fall as well. Looking forward to that 600+ hp mark myself.

Do you really need the lsx block? Isn't that modular iron? The block and supercharger are going to add about 250 lbs to the front of your car.
