Maybe so, but before I got the car and got married I was getting female while driving an Altima, or maybe because I’m in the Military. Female come up and talk to me all the time while I’m in uniform.

See the funny thing is my wife was right beside when i wrote the post, and being in the Army gets us alot of Ass anyway so maybe it was the car. My point was that it was an intresting moment i have never had someone a stare me down like that while driving.... PS after coming home from Afghanistan we are treated like hero walking down the street in uniform is the same as driving a cool car, and for some reason some girls like guys in a cool uniform or things with Muscle.. which do you have

I had heard the Camaro is a chick magnet, but, being a "chick" myself, never experienced it myself. Until.... (I have posted this elsewhere in case it looks like a repeat)

Two gals with a young boy were checking out my car at a show. One of the gals was going absolutely gaga over Ladybug. The other one told her to check out my license plate, and that put her over the top. I was just sitting there, smiling, and she looked over and said "You have no idea just how PERFECT your car is!!" (actually, I do ) She went on... "My favorite car is a Camaro, my favorite color is red, I LOVE Ladybugs, AND I'm a Cougar fan!" (my plates are WSU Cougar plates, they say L4DYBUG) Then she turns to the other gal, points at me and says "If she's a lesbian, you're GONE!"

LOL , just trying to goof with you , i did that a while back , maybe before you were born , Now i just cruise along and enjoy the ride , thanks for your service SIR , i bet you have a great close family . Didn't mean to be rude or anything , if i did , sorry for it .

yeah man....this just happened to me the other day...

I was just getting in my Camaro at the local watering hole and this group of 20 some year old chicks are hanging out around my car...I remote start it, and I swear it must have been the sound of my qtps, but they all start stripping and gettin naked. They see me unlock it as I am walking towards it...next thang you know they are all grabbin at my junk, asking me to make babies with them...who knew?

I think I am going to have to sell this thing so my wife doesn't get jealous...

No problem dude, Just love talking about my family and my car, and the coolest thing happen the other day while driving on post a rally yellow pulled in front of me and a Black camaro with black stripe behind me and for about two miles we had a parade

I think this is far less common in larger cities where the population of higher end cars (and many more Camaros is very obvious). I think I have had a 3 or 4 women give the stare and say "nice car!"..all were young though. I could totally understand the attention from women for people who live a bit outside the outskirts of metropolitan or less populated areas.

I don't believe it is that much of a magnet either. I have a cam and headers it sounds incredible... as such, I think if I have had 4 women compliment it, I have probably had 40 guys lol

Yeah you're probably right....around here, Camaros are a dime a dozen. It takes a Bentley or Ferrari to turn any heads, and you are very likely to see plenty of those out and about on weekends.

IDK about a 'chick' magnet but its definetly an attention magnet. i get at least one comment from a total stranger a day. its kinda weird. what worries me is if total strangers are noticing it, what are the cops doing? hmmmmm
