no, it isn't.

i had them less than a year but the douche that they were ordered from (don't remember his name but it was a vendor from Florida) was a horrible business man. The MINUTE i got the rims and seen this I called him and told him about it and he told me I will be receiving a new rim. Every time i called him for at least a month he told me he was working on it over and over again until i finally just gave up. if i could find his information i will make it known so NO ONE will have to do business with this ....... .

update: i remember now its a guy from Xplosive Performance. Horrible vendor.
