Need some opinions guys !

Okay so a great deal came up locally, a previous 5th gen owner I know is selling his Seibon Carbon fiber hood, it's in almost perfect shape aside from one small nick, I'll include a picture, he only wants 400$ and that's a steal from the original price, I'm just not sure how it will look compared to my stock hood with the stripes, but I Do have a carbon splitter from apr. let me know what you guys think ! Thanks a lot

I think it would look great! Ask your friend if you can bolt it on your Camaro to see how it looks. It only takes 15 minutes to swap out a hood.
If you decide to keep it, take off the trunk stripes.

Carbon fiber hood looks pretty cool, but in my opinion I'd stick with the white stripes!!

The problem I have with exposed Carbon fiber is that the ricers have made is a ricer mod with their carbon fiber stickers. I think your car looks great the way it is.

Go with what you want. Obviously, you are wanting it pretty badly considering you are trying got get our opinions. If you don't put it on there, you will always wonder 'what if'... and that's just too much to live with, not knowing the feeling.

I think it'll stand out far more than the stripes you currently have.

Buy the other hood and sport it for a while. When you think you are over the emotions, put your stock hood back on and sell the CF. Winner winner, chicken dinner

If your tempted to buy it just because it's a good deal I would pass and keep your stock hood, but if it's something you have thought about doing before I would purchase the hood but keep the stock one as well till your completely sold on the look over your stock hood

I see you have a 2014, if that hood is off an 2010-2013, the raised part of the hood will not line up.

Steveww is right. Make sure its for your model year. 10-13 hood lines are slightly different from a 14-15. The nick is negligible, and for 400 its a steal. I say do it if you're sure it'll work for your model year.

Seibon has a great reputation for being great quality and it will fit great.

I'm wearing the TSII:
