Racing stops at 6pm... then what goes on?

I was thinking why does the racing stop after 6pm... what goes on after that? does the strip stay open for drag or does the track close down and everyone out? Seem strange, the chevy and olds events I am use to would go on till midnight sometimes.

More racing. I'm loading my junk and driving the hour to Muncie. Friday night they are running until midnight.

Hopefully lots of alcohol and socializing! I can only do so much raceing, and race watching before it's time to meet some people and shoot the shit.

Sounds like my kind of time! My cousion was hoping there would be women at c5 fest, but I told him almost everyone who owns a camaro is a man. I said we would still have a lot of fun checking out everyone's cars!

If it's like most rallies, meets, I've attended, there will stuff going on at all of the hotels people are staying at. The host hotel will be the main attraction though.

The State Fair is going on that weekend too if you're into that sort of thing. A lot of other stuff to do in Indy as well. Downtown is a great place to go too.

You won't get bored, unless you want to.

My .02 worth...
