Hey BTW, what happeneed to that mini BBQ/meetup to do some plastidip we were talking about???? Im still down but we have to coordinate with you Jim.. Thats like less formal than this. but still good times to get together and get some new mods worked for the cars.. any day works for me. Also if any of you are interested in getting any plastic parts painted, let me know. Im going to be redoing my parts. so I can work on anyone else's too..

well we were trying to get together and have like a very small meetup/bbq/drinking session.. enough to be able to drive you know... the law is always around, Jim... lol... so yeah.. I gotta redo my white interior in the engine bay.. its turning cream and pisses the F... out of me... but I gotta get some new vinyl too..thats gonna be the hardest part...

Thanks to everyone for doing intel on this....if we get it down to a few choices lets get george to set up a vote.....sounds like Hooters will be a very strong contender. lol

Ontheaccount...the Hooters that you speak of.....it has a big lot for parking? thats why I asked a few of you up there for intel... I don't come above the "ditch" too often and its been years since I went to UD....so everything is different. We may get a big crowd on this with other invites going out to SJCC and FSTFBA and all.

As far as the location...everyone sounded like they wanted to do a cruise to somewhere...probably the guys from Kent County will meet and ride up together? This also gives people a chance from upstate to have one meetup in "their backyard"...plus draw some people from other clubs if they are interested.
Honestly, I don't give a s--- if we meet at McD's as long as we can park and enjoy ourselves....hahaha....but Hooters is definitely a plus.

You guys pick a day for the plasti dip get together and I'm game.

Anyway, back to the beach.

I can take some photos of the parking lot around noonish on Sat and Sun to gauge the parking situation. From what I remember, there are not many cars in the back.

Just a heads up, Route 1 near the Christiana Mall is a piece of crap. Huge bumps that would scrape lowered cars. Plus lots of crazy drivers and traffic jams. I would take Rte 1 all the way up until Rte 273 and head on there.
