That is pretty ugly. Maybe on a retro car, this would ruin it.

I can appreciate the hard work that went into this but this really is a fail. The slots are too small between each piece of metal, it should stop at the lights, and it needs to be recessed a lot more so the front has more depth.

This almost gives it an 80's feel reminiscent of the 80's movie 'Mad Max', I'm not sure why but it does to me OK!!!

The pictures i have are of the black powder coated Bowtie's but they will be available in chrome as well. We are not sure yet whether the black or the chrome one will go on our SEMA car so please bear with us for the time being!

Enjoy
The grill with the single horizontal bar has tons of potential, IMO. Very clean and much nicer than the stock egg crate grill. Can't wait to see the finished product, any plans to offer it powdercoated black?

Edit: Nevermind, saw the finished product.

That's a good observation. This grill makes the Camaro front fascia look more flush and takes away from the character of the car. Would look much better (although I'm not sure about the covered headlights) if it was recessed.

I have the same question. But to answer your last part, yes, it does have that feature.

We have the Half length Phantom Grille so that your lights won't be covered

To answer both of your guy's questions the Camaro does not come with the ability to pop the gas cap from the inside. All you do to open the stock gas cap is push on it from the outside and it opens so that is part of the reason why a locking fuel door is helpful. Without a locking fuel door people will be able to open your gas door anytime they want.

For those who didn't see yesterday the four pictures of the different Grille's Defenderworx will offer for sale (Full Length Phantom Grille, Half Length Phantom Grille, Mesh Grille, Outline Grille), all four of them will be available in Chrome and Black Powder Coat (also the forth grill, the Outline Grille will have a bottom insert as well that is not pictured). The next set of pictures are of the Chrome and Black Chevrolet Bowtie Inserts installed on the car in our shop. Let me know what everyone thinks, thanks guys!

For the longest time, I thought I'd want a grille just like this, either in black or polished but after seeing it, I think I'll just go with the Heritage Grille from GM...Thanks for your efforts Defenderworx but no sale for me.

This could be on one of the other pages on the forum, but how do we go about purchasing this stuff? It is listed as a product on your website, but even for items other than for the Camaro I didn't see where you could buy it.
