Vinyl blackouts, paint, complete swap out? What's easiest, cheapest, or best rout?

I judt did mine, went to Graphics shop and asked for piece of metallic blue vinyl. They gave me enough for 2 sets of bowties and didnt even charge me, just cut a piece off the roll. You should be able to get for $5 tops. Then just cut out a rectangle and lay it over each bowtie and carefully press it on trying to keep creases or bubbles out. THe front is the hardest due to the contour, rear is easy. Then trim around the edge with a razor knife, the chrome outer trim piece acts as a guide. Good Luck!

Paint I did mine cost $8 for paint I applied 6 coats
