CAI installed today....

Dropped off by Fed Ex this afternoon and installed in the car 45 minutes later.
Easy install and the V6 sounds a little bit meaner now.

Nice!!! Just make sure the lid is in the groove [remove lid and look at right side edge on car and there's about a half inch groove where the lid of the CAI should slide into] and not on top so it seals properly.

Happy Customer

im looking into CAI over K&N because of all the great feedback CAI has been getting on here. I'm looking to get the CAI inc intake but was just wondering how the installation was and don't really want to spend the money having someone else installing it

If you know how to use a flat tip screwdriver and a socket wrench, and can follow written directions, you can do it in 30-45 minutes.

Installation is very straight forward and simple. Just basic hand tools and following the instructions. It is one of the easiest "do-it-yourself" mods you can get, trust me you'll be fine!

Install is easy. There's even youtube video if you need some guidance, and very good write up posts on install by Henry G., on these forums.

CAI Intake install, takes more time to get the tools together than to do the work.
