I have pretty much a full suspension redo on my SS and while its ride is a bit quicker when hitting a bump its very comfortable to drive all day long every day. I think your making a bigger deal about a modded SS suspension then it really is. Not much different then the ZL1 if done with the right parts and again done correctly.

LS3 conversion, LPE dual fuel pump, Upgraded injectors, JRE Maggie Stage 2 upgrade kit, JRE smooth Idle Blower cam. Looking for 700 RWHP in the end.

Exactly!!! Plus if you want a unique car that is YOURS, whats that worth to you? If you want a car that everyone else can buy, get a stock SS, 1LE or ZL1. All comes down to do you want stock that everyone can have or do you want a truely unique car that is YOURS!!
