Thinking about buying a magnaflow 3 inch x pipe used. Does anyone know what these are worth? Just curious.

it's not a $90 3" x pipe. it's the x pipe out of the $950 magnaflow 16483. it's this don't be confused by the little cheap $90 x.

Looks pretty similar (http://www.amazon.com/Magnaflow-1079.../dp/B000XQM1IK) and I doubt the flow is any different and if it is it's minimal.. Like I said.. $50 used.

can someone else chime in here? I was told by a very reputable exhaust shop that there is almost no difference btwn a magnaflow x pipe and just your basic steel x pipe from a muffler shop. Is this true? Thanks

Well there is the rusting issue but thats probably why the magnaflow and other brands go for around 70-80 bucks and the basic ones at the shop around 40. No difference in how they flow just the materials there made of.

for the whole section in pic i say yes cause its a bolt on , no need to have someone weld it and to me thats worth it
