Simply put, "YES."

Looking forward to next Monday, Pete! Should I call Heath to schedule or does he know I'll be headed to the shop?

Not yet. The dealer should be calling in a half hour for the car to be ready. We took it in this afternoon, so...should be ready to go soon. I've got my fingers crossed this was the problem.

Nope..I pulled that one off a while back and nothing. Still...seeing the front like that threw me for a loop!

Glad you got it worked out.

it's kind of hard to explain...especially when I can't understand it exactly.

I'm sure someone else might be able to explain it better. But, I read this...

Found noise from loose axle to hub allowing splines to pop
So it comes loose, the splines pop in reverse/forward and in between shifts...and damn, is it annoying!

You know, it feels almost like I'm driving a new car again. I'm ACTUALLY happy to get into the car and drive off with the windows down. I just couldn't bear to hear it.....ugh... But it FEELS like a newer car now. You know?

NO KIDDING!

I can't believe the fix had been around for so long and not only did I not find it, but no one else knew about it either. Well....now we have a handful more people who now know about that damn rear plinking. Dude...your rear noises...were they similar to this? If I remember right, you also had some rear end noises. Springs? Something like that?

TAG, is there a good testing area you can use? I'd love to see a before/after comparison, not so much timed laps as handling impressions ...

We are scheduled for 9 am. Don't forget the donuts and coffee

I may pick up a Camaro while I am in SA this weekend that belongs to a wounded warrior and needs to be Pedderised. If I do, then I'll need a ride back to Kerrville. I hope you don't mind being my chauffeur.

Yup. Mine was he same as Chris's.

Took me a while, but with the help of Pete's chasis ears I found it.

Me and Chris BOTH tool the black coil insulators off he springs thinking they were just packing material.

It was pretty damn exciting finding the click. I even did a video just for Chris.

(there is an F bom in here so remove if you need. lol)
