Oh, I knew halfway through the course it wasn't going to be my fast time. I was off a couple cones and figured I'd hammer it down just before that last cone on the straight and stay with it as long as I could to try to make up time. Well, I did hammer it down....and then some...

I saw those cones coming up and just knew there was no way I was going to make it around while braking. So I just laid on the brakes in that straight line knowing I'd be able to stop in time. Oh well.....it would have been some work for them and no one needed that.

Got some more videos uploading soon.

AAAaaannnnd that DNF that I was so adamant didn't happen? Yeah. Um... Well they were BOTH right....I DNF'd twice on that run. No idea what happened, but it was alllll jacked up. I'll post that one too as soon as it finishes uploading.

Oh yeah...

I was pretty ticked when I heard them tell me I DNF'd. I had no idea how it would have happened. All I could think of was, "I went waaaay outside on that big 2nd turn, but I didn't leave the course. Oh yeah I did. I left the course twice. Had an idea it was possibly due to the far outside turn, but had NO idea I DNF'd earlier in the run on the inside hard right turn. I watched the video a couple times and said, "WTH?!?! Where the hell did that come from?!?!"

I was so sure...and see? Video doesn't lie! I was wrong. I admit it. :(

The 2nd time you guys called out that I DNF'd was hilarious as all get out....cause I KNEW that one was wrong and y'all were messing with me laughing y'alls asses off....lol

Here's my best run that got me 1st place modified. After watching, I see room for improvement on a couple spots that could have gotten me into the 46 times.

AAAaaaaaand here's that DOUBLE DNF.

I simply lost my mind on this one. I think this was my 2nd run for the day and I was by myself. Never walked the course as I was way too busy helping Dana set up the booth. But here you go. Yes....I was wrong....I admit it...lol

Here's a direct link since, for me, it's not loading the entire video....weird...

LOL...

You ran great... I believe only the 1LE's ran below 47. Sure wish I would have gotten more track time. Just barely got a feel for the track.

i'm still trying to figure out how i went from watching Doug almost plow some cones to Rob getting called somebody else while almost hitting 200 to some crazy black chick throwing her baby across a bus so she could go punch another black chick.

You what??? Were those other videos that popped up in preview after my video played?

AHHHHHH...Yeah. I posted the Robert video at the mile. The announcer got the name and car wrong, but hey...he got his speed right.

But I sure as heck didn't post anything about a baby being thrown on a bus to someone could fight. Thats jacked up!

Don't recall mentioning this, but I swapped out my footwell lighting.

I initially ordered it in blue (thinking it would look good) and later found out that the GM ice blue color was available. I had Oracle put it in while at TCR. The ice blue matches the dash perfectly. I can't believe I haven't done this sooner!

Splitter is off getting fixed and HID's are on the way. Can't wait!

Got 3 laps... not near enough to dial anything in.

I may end up doing this as well. I don't have it across the dash but matching what's in the door would be nice.

I have always done the straight ahead stuff, but that sure did look like fun. Maybe I need to try that out one of these days.

^Yes, you sure should!

Dropped off the car today. Drivers seat went out as soon as I got it back from the dealer. I dropped it off to have the heater fixed in the drivers seat. Well, the wrong part was ordered. Not a big deal. They are going to order the right one and we'll fix it when it comes in. But, when I got it back, I moved the seat forward, then all the way back, then all the way up (trying to find a lost gym swiper card I thought I dropped under it) and the seat got stuck in the all the way up and back position. Ugh....

They are going to knock out two birds with one stone and get both problems fixed over teh weekend, I hope.

Also working on new HID's. New bezels are in my possession. Lights OTW. Might get new harnesses. Not sure yet...

Well when you run into a curb and crack your front splitter which results in the front LED plasmas getting knocked out and breaking, you have to do something to fix the problem.

....aaaaand I'm not putting purple plasmas back in there.

I'm putting my bright white HID's in there that I've wanted to do for quite some time.

Besides....putting in those HID's are supposed to give me an additional 10hp. Not bad for $130!

Nope. No pinky purply here. Gonna be nice and super bright white.

Lots of little things going on with it here this week.

Hope the wheels and tires come in as well this week. Fingers crossed.
