Just letting you all know what I was told

Bumbera's performance tuned a 2010 V6 bolt-on camaro for put down 330rwhp. Steven @ bumbera's told me this when I was talking to then to tune mine. Don't know how true it is but thought I'd share. He is using trifecta

Gosh I couldn't believe this (and still find it hard to believe) when you told me. I called him a few minutes ago but he was on the phone and should call me back soon. I might have them install the meth kit and tune the car. However I'm not so sure about them, only because I found reviews online and 90% of the reviews were about how they do a great job with quick services (like oil changes). Some talked about them restoring old muscle cars.

Anyways my point is, I do not know how much I trust them to be tuning my FI set up. I posted in the Texas section to see if anyone has any knowledge on them.

What kind of mods was this tune done on? I'm kind of curious if some magic can happen to us that are tuned but not in Texas.

I beleive it. I hear the key to performance in these cars is breathing. Probably has the a Highly ported intake man. as well as highly ported heads along with his headers, add a twin turbo and you should be there.

It sounds too good to be true, and so it probably is.

But then again I can see it happening on a dyno with a full bolt on V6...I'm talking everything; full exhaust, intake, tune, insulator, ported manifold and the works.

Now pair that up with a generous high reading dyno or incorrect setting on the dyno and you could have 330rwhp.

Jay basically got to 300 with his build, so yeah I can see that happening.

But of course I want to know more.

I get what scrming is saying, I'd MUCH rather see time slips than dyno sheets. A 1/4 time shows a cars true potential. However a dyno can be influenced by so many different things and it's so easy to build a dyno queen. That being said, yes he could be a bad driver and the track times may not reflect the true potential, but we'd be able to see that from the 60 foot time.

I'm Rx super charged. I'm not too worried about my rear end since I upgraded to the SS rear end. Drive shaft? Big deal, easy to replace and it will probably happen at some point and just an excuse for me to get a one piece carbon fiber drive shaft. Blown Motor? Well that's a risk you take, gotta pay to play.

Yup, well even if this guy came on here he has to be a sponser to push his product(s). Another reason I doubt this is if someone is going to mod there car that heavily then you would expect them to be on the forums. Maybe not THIS forum but you would think someone would have heard about this.
