Door adjustment?

My driver side door is slightly out of alignment. The upper half of the right (handle) edge comes out a few mms more than it should.

Is this something that can easily be adjusted or is it something that I need to live with? The passenger door fits perfectly.

Any advice is appreciated.

Back to the dealer.....do not mess with it, or live with it. Let them make it right!

It should be an easy fix.

Does the front edge of the door line up with the fender top to bottom?

And from what I am reading, the door lines up at the rear edge along the body?

Generally this can be easily improved with a few adjsutments of the door striker and maybe some adjustments at the hinge.

Your dealer will take care of this, and NO if it bothers you, you shouldn't "live with it".

Had this same problem with my 2007 Silverado. The dealer fixed it in about 30 mins.

Cool, thanks fellas. I'll be taking her back in for the fix.

Sometimes I can get a little nit-pickey and need another opinion to keep myself in check.

It's not nit picky. It will be better for the door in the long run if you get it fixed right away.
