Water Pump?

Hey eveyone,
I was parked one night after driving on the freeway and when I opened the hood, there was a nice stream coming from my water pump.

So the water pump is coming off, which me and Dad thought would be a super easy fix, but these bolts are ridiculous! They are in a star pattern and they keep stripping! How on earth are you supposed to take these darn things off?
