Dealerships
Ok everyone. I know there some horror stories about bad experiences with certain dealers such as the price gouging thread, but I thought it would be nice to start one that points out the good ones. Tell us about your positive buying experience with your dealership, and let's spread the word about the dealerships that have been helpful and have treated you fairly.

Have absolutely nothing but good to say about Reliable in Richardson, and Brian Prosser specifically, he took my order over from someone that got let go. He basically saved my order because it would have dropped out without his intervention.
I called or stopped by sometimes 3-4 times a week (the dealership is 2 blocks from my office.) Brian never complained and was always helpful and quick to update me on order status. In fact the day it came in I was out to lunch he sent an email to my office, and I didn't respond in 5 seconds like he expected so he sent a text to my cell phone. He kept the car in the back, never put it in the showroom, he stated he didn't want peoples hands all over it. |

I highly recommend Bankston Chevrolet of Dallas. Patrick Morrison, General Manager, and Jeff Moore, Sales Manager, went above and beyond to be certain that I had a great experience. From 10/13/08 till I took delivery on 5/20/09, they kept me informed of every update on my order.

Good Dealers........
I have a wonderfully helpful salesman at Moritz in Ft Worth, Joe Rentfrow. He's been so patient with me & all my questions. I just know I'm driving him crazy, but he doesn't seem to mind.
BTW... Moritz doesn't charge a deposit to order & they sell at MSRP. Joe told me last night that there have been an additional 18,000 Camaro's ordered since production started!! Mine is "SOMEWHERE" in that group!! Looking for mine sometime around Sept, I guess. It's gonna be a long summer. :( Order Placed 05-09-09 - 1100 #19 in their Production Cue (whatever that tells ya!)  SIM, 2LT, RS, Sunroof, 20" Polished Wheels |

Well I stopped at Mortiz to look at a yellow one they had. It was marked up 5K and they would not even open the door to let me look inside. So they lost a sale!

I am out of line saying that it was a great pleasure to be able to make Marodude and Crowley and a few others, 5thGen owners! It is a great feeling to watch the excitement on your faces and I truley appreciate the positive feedback from ya'll!!!

Sorry was told even if I ordered one I could not look in it. And if was going to buy it at the +5K price than a could. No they blew it.
I understand what you are saying, but I have to go by what I was told face to face. Glad it worked out for you.

Steve Chapman
 who manages Champion Chevrolet in Corpus Christi and Albert Mendonza (our salesperson for the last 6 vehicles). This dealership is the best! They answer all of our calls and kept us up to date as much as they could. Steve only made us deposit $500 each on the two Camaros (everyone else had to deposit $5000 ), then turned around and gave us a $500 discount as well as an extra $600 to showcase my dad's car for Memorial Day weekend. Although we have a Chevrolet dealership in Kingsville, we no longer go there because of the reception my parents received when they purchased the Silverado and Grand Am. |

Good dealers on OKC area
I have looked through the threads for a good dealer in the OKC area. Anyone with experience of a dealer in this area that sells at or below MSRP? A dealership on I240 wants you to place bids for any they are getting in. They told me "it's worth $50,000, you will be the only one on your block etc..." Thats not a good dealership to me.
