IAT2 Reader

I currently have a PLX devices kiwi wifi OBDII adapter that I use in combination with my iphone. Thus far, I cant find any data readers that include the IAT2's...they all show IAT1 (pre-supercharger), but that's it. Anyone know of a program i can run on the iphone that includes the IAT2 pid?

I was stuck with the same issue and never solved it with software on my smart phone. I ended up buying Aeroforce Interceptor gauges to monitor IAT2s. And they do a lot more so not a bad deal!

This is the A Pillar gauge pod I used:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/AUTOMETER-10...item3a66ae935c

It's the Autometer one and came with descent instructions. Pulling the factory A Pillar cover made me a little nervous I was going to break something but it just snaps down hard. The Autometer went in without a problem and has the provision for the airbag safety strap.

This is the gauge:
http://www.aeroforcetech.com/products_interceptor.html

Multiple colors are available and I went with RED because I didn't want the bright light at night in my face but if I were ordering them again I would consider blue or green because the red is difficult to see in daylight.

I won't recommend who to purchase the gauges from as I was promised 2 of the first ZL1 logo'd gauge faces in production and that didn't happen. The seller is now not responding to my inquiries so do your research before buying.

I have been running the Aeroforce Interceptor gauges since the end of April. At first I bought the "blue" colored gauges. This color is hard to read in bright sunlight. The color combination is more "royal blue" and dark blue not black. The blue does not match our aqua color. I sent them back to Aeroforce and had them changed to green. They are easy to read in both normal and inverse modes in all light conditions. Like 1st Gen Forever said these gauges read alot of data. I ran these gauges on my '04 GTO for over 6 years with no trouble. Under normal driving conditions my IAT2 temps on a 98* day run 5-6* over IAT temps. Spirited driving raises IAT2 temps 10-12*. Just a side note - when these gauges get hot from sitting in a hot car in the sun the color will "wash or fade out" until the gauge cools down. I use a windshield shade to help eliminate this when I am parked in the summer.

Great info all....thanks. I noticed the actual gauge pod is black, rather than an exact match of the stock plastic pillar cover. Does anyone sell a oem matched color gauge pod?

We have the ZL1 faces in now. They are to be added tomorrow or over weekend to the list of faces on the accessories page.
