CEL came on 2 days after long tube/mid pipe install...

So whats causing it? The mid pipes and LT's have the respective sensors hooked up to them. Would it be the LT's at all since they have been installed for 2 days and just now the light came on?

Also, engine oil life is at 20%....which will be changed tomorrow. Could this be it?

Need to tune the rear o2 sensors out or you'll keep getting a CEL

Since the rear o2 sensors were moved further down the exhaust line, they exhaust that reaches them is cooler than it should be, so the sensor picks up on this and throws a code. If the rear sensor catches this, it thinks the cat isn't doing its job. Have it cleared, problem solved.

No, it isn't your oil indicator.

this is pretty much normal... have to get them tuned out, though some companies will say you won't throw codes, its always a risk when you modify the cats/headers in any way... and when you run longtubes and no cats like me, you throw codes 30 miles later, lol... but I had them tuned out

I'm having the same issue. If I get it tuned out will that cause me to fail an emissions test?

No, if you fail an emissions test it's not because you tuned out the CEL, it's because of the headers themselves.

I had a tech at Autozone tell me that if I delete my 02 sensor code too many times it will "Red Flag" it in my system.....is this true?

No, it isn't your oil indicator.
it's the front sensors that are moved back and don't heat and switch properly.

the rears ones throw a code because aftermarket cats are not as good at cleaning the exhaust as factory cats but they flow more.

You will need a JRE custom tune to correct that via the SCT hand held Tuner and email all available from JRE.
