Just checked with my dealership the price of the mirror was about $210 I'm sure there will be cheaper places to find it though..

It will work, you need to rewire the connecter and add a date wire is all, or run a pass thru harness, with the added and removed wires.

Is it a matter of a pin swap in the plug, or slaving in an adapter harness?

Does the 2013 not offer the LCD in the mirror?

On my F150, they had the backup camera on the radio/navigation unit unless you did not choose to get the navigation unit, then they put the screen on the rear view mirror.

Do you not have a choice of getting the mylink screen? and if you do and choos enot to, where does the rear view camera show up at?
