Direct port TVS1900 nitrous pic

A CTS-V customer had us port his blower and add the 102 TB.

Then we shipped it off for a direct port spray bar system! Here it is being tested.

His last CTS-V made 865/1050 and ran 114 mph through the 1/8th. The bottom end is stock and after two bottles a week, the car is still going strong for the new owner.

Track times coming for his new 2012 coming in early Sept.

Hey Neal, great intercooler.
That is a different blower than the one we just did with your spray bars. I can see how they cut the front supports out of the case and didn't remove much else where it actually needed to be.
Waiting for power numbers in a couple of days on spray.

That is a picture of the blower upside down. When we ship a blower to Nitrous Outlet they will install the spray bars right into the blower case, just above the intake port in the heads. That nitrous you see coming out will be after the rotor pack when the compressed charge will hit the nitrous fuel combo just before it enters the cylinder. Gains are massive and far above a pre-blower setup. Cooling the rotor pack with a small jet is still a great idea but direct port setups yield big power.

Will's car will be dyno'ed in a few days and I expect we will see him push it well over 800 RWHP on the stock bottom end.

I wonder how much hp it hurts under normal running conditions, not that he is worried about it as the car is being raced i am guessing, and only cares about max hp performance..but I am just thinking out loud and after all the blowers that get ported to remove every single extra bit in the way,if you add up the amount of area the nos line takes up in each port and add it up it could be equal to the square of at least half to 3/4 of a runner possibly, who knows i dont lol !!!
