Absolutely none sir....these are the first ones going out. We prototyped it on an LS3 car, sounded great, went directly into production.

Of course YOU could be the first at a sweet deal and be able to post up pics and videos!!!

Let me know if you're in and we'll get ya a killer deal one.

Goes for you SS owners too!!!

Cool. Looks like Christa PM'd ya today.

Yes, it would be somewhat louder. On a V6, who knows. Youtube up some Muffler Delete videos and see what those who've done it here have to say.

This might not be a great mod for V6ers, but again, we're willing to send a set of each out near cost so that we can find out.

I know it's ferocious on the SS.

Here is my setup Ivan. L99 A6 Doug Thorley LT, High flow Cats, GM resonator and muffler delete.

I am looking to tone (drone) it down and keep an aggressive sound. I sent you a PM earlier. Let me know your thoughts on these compared to other questions in PM.

Thank you!

Anyone try this on a L99? How is the drone and the nasty AFM on this setup. Might be interested in this.

If it was me and you went with these on the L99 I would also go with a resonated Xpipe to cut down on the drone and still have that aggressive sound! But that's my opinion! MYbe Doug Thorley needs to come up with this also! Ivan any suggestions!

Scott has it. Deleting the resonator all together might make for a mess. Getting a resonated X-Pipe in addition for the L99 guys might make for a better sound.

But, we've yet to test this out on a L99 car! Thorley prototyped it on a LS3 car, we financed the production based on the outcome of that alone!

Muffler Deletes on the LS3 are solid and a great mod. There have been quite a few L99 guys hitting us up about it so the first actual person to get it, will get it at close to our cost just so we can see how it performs.

They are here tomorrow AM and will be shipping so....let's get some feedback to see if this is a worthy mod for the community!

Thanks and let her rip!

I liked the tips better...LOL

Also, I thought I read somewhere it would cut out the drone after installing headers. I believe I need the resonated x-pipe to add to my ensemble due to the headers.
