Ordered a bunch of detailing supplies from them. Ended up getting a mess of single soft towels instead of the mix of single and double soft I ordered. Called up and found out they had a short supply issue when my order was being processed and they sent two single softs for each double soft I ordered instead. While this was very thoughtful, I ordered the double softs and wanted to get them. They initially suggested (and I was fully willing) to send back the excess single softs while they shipped out the now in-stock double softs. However, before I could agree or indicate that was what I was thinking, the rep on the phone retracted the option and said it was their mistake and issue, they'd send out the double softs right away no charge to me.

Then in a follow up, through an online chat with their support people, they gave me guidance on stripping off a window sealant that was applied as a dealer add-on that was generating some streaking after a few window cleanings. Gave great advice that worked like a charm.

Top it off with great instructional videos and strong forum presence.

They've got a customer for life now and a new, avid Adam's evangelist working the central New York region.

Oh, and their products are great, too.
