OK I know it's early. Since a few of us have cars now, it's time to set up our first Meet. I'm open to suggestions as to where. Obviously Jacksonville is easy for me as I can coordinate hotels and so on. And Jax is kinda central to everyone else in the region... Let me know.

So for now, we're thinking around Feb of 2010 to give us all time to plan for the event. I'm thinking a 2 day event Maybe a cruise and a cook out.

Any ideas feel free to post em here.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

All Camaro5 members welcome, Camaro not required.

Possible dates are Jan 16th or Sometime in Feb. We'll narrow it down as we get closer.

Sounds like a good time....most should have their cars by then. Maybe try to find a local car show and invade it? If we can find a car show, let's arrange a police escort to the show with about 50 new camaro's driving in at the same time......that's my idea of an entrance!!!

Road Trip! 'Sounds good to me. The only bad thing would be the temptation of modding the **** out of my camaro even more than I plan to, due to all the ideas I would get from other owners. LOL

Feb 2010? I can barely think what to do next week. We will have our DSV show car finished by then so if/when it happens we will try to make it.

I could probably do that as long as it would be a weekend thing. Jacksonville's ~3 hours away, so I'd say it's manageable enough.

I'm all for it! It's probably a good 4 hour trip, so not too bad. If there are others in the Tampa Bay/Clearwater area who want to go, let's see if we can meet up somewhere local and take all our cars together on the road. Others in local areas should do that as well. It'd be like a bunch of small flocks all gathering into one big one!
