fiberglass issues

i picked up a fiberglass version of the aggressor bumper not too long ago and i noticed lately that my bumper has so many stress cracks on it.
im not sure if this is paint issues? or if it is the fiberglass that is cracking...
it really pains me to see all of these marks all over the bumper in less than a year of owning it.
the weather here in nj isn't all too hot or too cold for that to be the issue
can anybody help?

fiberglass can be tricky to paint properly b/c of all the flexing... get some pics and maybe we can help you find a solution.

Just got your PM and responded. Take some detailed pics of the cracks so I can determine what is going on. The cracks showing up could be a number of things
