Trifecta Tune from BNR

I bought the Trifecta tune from BNR about 2 weeks ago and i got my cable a week after I ordered and I have tried contacting the guys at BNR a few times a couple email and phone calls. I haven't had a response to any of my emails in over a week and they never answer their phone! Is this something normal for them? I never even received my first tune file...

I'm not telling you what to do or what not to do but they are usually very good about getting back to you. Might be very busy this week? Either way, rest assured they will get you your tune. Either way, I believe the wait time on a tune is approximately 3-4 weeks at the moment

We sold over 100 tunes so it took a bit longer to get them all out, but they all went out today. Check your email and you should see it!

Oh and if you order a tune today you'll have it tomorrow, just the sale people had to wait a bit longer. I ordered one today for a guy and had it to him 2 hours later.

Wait, you already have the $250 (retail) cable, and you feel scammed? wouldn't you feel scammed if you didn't get anything at all? Just saying. As for the tune, when sales like this happen, its not just for Camaro's,its for every vehicle Vince does. So you have to be patient. Most people want instant gratification, but when these sales happen, you just have to wait your turn.
I don't see how you could dispute any charges when you already have the cable. Doesn't make sense.
