LETHAL RACING- 45th L99 goes 11.94..........

This is a customers 2012 L99 that we were happy to see him run awesome times with. He brought it to LS fest and went 12.0 with these mods and last night at our local track he went 11.94 with these mods only....

Lethal Racing dyno tune- with the knowledge of vvt tuning!
3200 stall
Pipeline cai
Ported tb and intake
Full exhaust.
Front skinnies and 18" drag radials on vette rims.
That's it!

Ok,I give up. How is this possible with stock supension?I can't figure it out.It has to be the converter.I have the same car, same transmission, same gears.I'm within 20 hp of his car yet we're worlds apart in performance.I also have 18" drag radials on vette wheels.PM me the sceret before I pull the rest of my hair out...lol

no secret, but go back and look at the torque curve that we made with the vvt tuning.

It's the converter and the tuning, I saw the car at LS Fest. And you have to keep working the combo.

The stock suspension is not holding these cars back.

My car leaves ok but I think it can be better.I run 1.92-1.95's all night on street tires.Last weekend I ran my drag radials and ran the same 60' times. I did run the dr's at 25 psi.But when my car shifts to second it feels like it gains 100 horse power and
I've had several people accuse me of spraying it in second but I have no nitrous.I'm thinking a good converter (3200) will help me get my car moving.I want it to hit as hard in first gear as it does it second and third.Could there be something wrong with my tune?Pulling my hair out over here.

Well I sent you the times I ran at the LPE race, the article hits the stands soon but until I am not supposed to post times. But I'm running good and I don't need any suspension parts yet.

Awesome times...were you making adjustments as the day went on or was it just getting cooler? I just got off the phone with Precision industries and I think we figured out what converter I'll be using. Can't wait till I get it and get it installed.
