Boss has nothing on the Z. The SS would probably have a bit of a time keepin up though.

"9 out of 10" mustang owners I have encountered are either just wishing they went with the camaro instead, or they're just ass*****

sounds to me like Rustang guys are just like Subaru guys... they think their cars are elite.

I used to get laughs when i'd pull my beater 1990 Eclipse GSX up next to a Hotrod Vette or Rustang and get laughs... little did they know, i was pushing 650awhp and trapped 130's in the 1320.

I always liked the attitude of Camaro owners, they generally arent bitches like the Mustang guys.

Edit: usually the older mustang owners tend to be more's the younger crowd that acts all high and mighty.

But yes, a ZL1 would beat the boss

It's not just Ford guys, or Yankee fans per se's with any group. There's always one in the crowd. It's what makes the world go 'round as they say. Just ignore the ignorant. I'm sure it happens within our ranks as well, as in any fan base. Keep your chin up bro, and keep on smillin'! It's not worth the time of day to respond to that. Take the high road.

Treat people with respect and you will be respected. You were wise to just have a good time and not respond to their behavior.

Wishful thinking...but I sure can dream big.

No worries man, it's mostly an age thing ... The younger they are the dumber they act. I find the older guys are much cooler and don't care what make your skin is.

I got this kind of thing when I was driving a Nissan and when I was driving a Ford from Chevy owners and others....

Its just the way some people are, its like how some people react when you say bad things about GM or Ford on the various sites, you would think you insulted their mother, like they have a real stake in either and a bad comment is a personal insult.

I believe its the clique menatality at aint like me then your an idiot kind of thinking....

Yeah what's up with the ignorant comments made by mustang ow.........WAIT, there's comments like that in this thread by Camaro owners. Oh well, I guess ignorance isn't dictated by the make or model car you drive afterall.
