ZL1 Rear end/Trans HP?

How much power can the stock Auto trans and stock rear end take. I see several cars making 680-720rwhp and show no mods to tranny or rear-end other than a stall. What do you guys think?

I remember someone saying with the CTS-V the stock auto transmission was good up to around 800rwhp. Both the ZL1 and CTS-V have the same auto trans.

MY CTS-V has been making over 830 for almost a year. No issues here. I have also never had a tranny issue on a customers car up to this power level.

I have not heard of one of those snapping. The clutch is probably the only thing you will need to consider.
