Here is the KDi 102mm ported ZL1 snout!!!

We have been getting a lot of requests to see and hear more about our porting. With this snout and ported stock TB we have seen 22 RWHP gains on cam and pulley cars. Adding the 102mm TB really showed up at the track, adding another 1.5 MPH to the 1/4 mile trap speed.

We also do complete blower porting and head work. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Here is a picture of the stock ZL1 snout:

Here is a picture after we port it for a 102mm TB:

Very nice. Do you hand grind it? I know a few years ago a company used grinding compounds in a medium to force thru restrictions under pressure. Had great results fom what I saw. I haven't seen 102mm TB just the 90's.

You forgot to mention the most inportant thing to some of us on a budget. Price? Looks really nice and could be on my next upgrade with headers.

I've talked with Keith, its reasonable. he's got a modded tapshift ZL1 pushing 10.23 1/4 mile for sale under the vendors car sales. Free bump for ya Keith.
