Can't help but drive it

I originally planned to drive the ZL1 until my 1500 mile break in period, park it and only drive it on the weekends. But damn if this car isn’t sweet, I find myself driving every chance I get….in fact I now have 380 miles in about 4 days. Help me stop the addiction.

I'm just the opposite, I suppose; I've had mine for almost two months, have 27 miles on it.....will I ever make the break-in?.....I've got to drive this thing....on the bright side, if and when I sell or trade it, it will be low mileage.......hah!

Haha. I've put 4500 miles on "it's not my daily driver" in 4 months.

Good luck with that. I've had mine one month and have 350 miles on it. The only thing keeping me from taking it out everyday is chips. I haven't decided which bra I want and what I want covered. Of that 350 miles 250 was taking two trips to wifees work so the guys she works with could check it out. Natasha is no longer a virgin, I found her first chip this past weekend. I took her out to only get gas. I was in withdraw, I needed a fix!! Of course then gave it a bath and found that darn chip.
Oh yeah rexdogg I'll do one better and give you $5,001 for yours. I'm the Last of the big spenders.
I think they should change break in to like 20 miles, I want to play and can't yet.

Only 450 miles to date in a month of ownership. I have the HEMI RAM QC for a DD! The ZL1 isn't family friendly..........LOL!

I have 424 miles in seven weeks but this is just a weekend/fun car etc. I am hoping to get to 1500 before winter storage with a few longer trips. I have driven it a lot just not far. 27 miles now that is low.

I drive mine daily, just to drive it. I try to limit myself to two tanks of gas per week. On the plus side a tank of gas in the SS last me two weeks now.

For such an AWESOME car, why would you limit yourself to how much you drive it? To face the real facts, it will never be a collector's item, (valued equal to or more than the original cost) in most of our lifetimes....maybe in 50 years it will, but again for most of us, we'll either be in a nursing home or dead.

Drive the beast and enjoy every second sitting behind the wheel of such awesomeness!!!

2500 miles in a little over a month, how can you not drive it?

I don't have a problem putting miles on my cars, it's trying to keep up with my monthly gas bill. Between the three cars, I'm spending around $1100 a month on gas and I'm retired.

I've put 4100 miles on mine since April. Most of those are, "Damn it's a nice day, let's cruise" miles.
